• Will you refund my returns delivery cost if I return an item back to you?

  We will refund your returns delivery cost if the item you are returning is faulty or not as described.   If the item is unwanted then you will have to cover the cost of return.  Need more info? Please see our full Returns Policy here.

• How long until I see my refund in my account?

  Refunds are always actioned back onto the original payment method. Please allow 2-5 working days for card refunds and 1-3 working days for PayPal refunds to appear back in your account.  

• An item I've purchased has reduced in price, can I have a refund for the difference in price?

  If the price of your order has dropped, before we have shipped your order, and we have not automatically reduced the price for you please contact our helpful Customer Support team who will be more than happy to help

• Where can I get a copy of my invoice?

  A paper copy will be inside your parcel but if for any reason you need another copy just email our Customer Support team who will get a copy emailed to you.
