Can I change or cancel my order?

Our customers want their orders fast.  So we have to process your orders even faster! 

If your order has been shipped or started the process then we are super sorry that we will not be able to change or cancel your order. 

You can check the status of your order here and if it has not started the shipping process then we will try our absolute best to make the changes for you.  Contact our Support Team here and use one of the reasons "I'd like to cancel my order" or "I'd like to make a change to my order" and we will get right onto it.  Don't forget to include your order ID and the changes you want to make, this will help speed everything up.

 If your order has already been shipped then you will need to return your parcel to us and request the changes this way.  For details on how to return a parcel click here.
